Submitting this form does not obligate you to purchase a puppy nor does it guarantee that we will have a puppy for you. This allows us to get to know you and learn why you are interested in purchasing and owning an Old English Sheepdog. The length of this application may intimidate you but please keep in mind I am trying to ensure my "children" go into what I feel is the best possible homes.
